New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Richard Louis Frank, Age 49, at 1:00PM Saturday April 7, 2007 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Jimmy Wilson officiating. Inurnment will follow on a later date at Holy Family Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00AM till service time. He died Wednesday April 4, 2007 at 7:50AM at his residence. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.

Richard was a native and lifelong resident of New Iberia. He was an auto mechanic who enjoyed professional drag racing and was a Golden Gloves boxing champ.

Survivors include two daughters; Tiffany Lott and husband Roy of Walker, La. and Leslie Frank of Houston, Texas, one son; Richard Boutte of Erath, La., his mother, Betty Harry Frank of New Iberia, his fiance Cynthia Rawlins of New Iberia, three brothers; Eddie Frank and wife Margie and Johnston Frank and wife Toye all of New Iberia and Julian Frank, Sr. and wife Debbie of Lydia, La., three sisters, Donna Thibodeaux and husband Randy of Lydia, Marjorie Louviere and husband Oren and Clare Babineaux and husband Eddie, Jr. all of New Iberia and one grandchild; Brycen Lott of Walker, La.. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Frank.

Pallbearers will be Samuel and Randy Thibodeaux, Christopher, Casey and Colby Frank and Joey Busby. Honorary Pallbearers will be Julian Frank, Sr. and Julian Frank, Jr., Eddie, Johnston and Jeremy Frank, Oren Louviere, Austen and Eddie Babineaux Jr., Jacob Harry, Sr. and Jacob Harry, Jr. and Troy Broussard.

David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
