Loreauville " Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Paul SteMarie, 87, the former Rena Bourque at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 16, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Paul Onuegbe officating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Visitation began on Sunday, April 15, 2007 at 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and reopened on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary was prayed in the funeral home on Sunday at 7:00 PM.

A native of Adeline, resident of New Iberia and a former resident of Loreauville, Mrs. SteMarie died on Sunday, April 15, 2007 at 5:10 AM in a New Iberia nursing facility. She loved gardening, traveling and sewing.

She is survived by her daughter, Muriel S. Dauterive and her husband Les of Madisonville; sons, Brad SteMarie and his wife Merrill of New Iberia and Duane SteMarie of Loreauville; grandson, Stacy SteMarie of Lafayette; granddaughters, Brandy Bodin of New Iberia, Robin Bonin of Jeanerette, Dana DeLatte of Baton Rouge, Lori Sperier of Manderville and Jolie Dauterive of Covington. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul SteMarie; her parents, Henry Bourque and Amelian Nolan Bourque and her two brothers, Rufus and Renis Bourque.

Pallbearers will be Les Dauterive, Brad SteMarie, Stacy SteMarie, Barkley Bodin, Sy Bodin and Bobby Bonin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Duane SteMarie and Steve Sperier.
