Loving Father and Grandfather

New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Philip Francis Warner, Age 59, at 11:00AM Thursday May 24, 2007 at Nativity of Our Lady Catholic Church with Father Mike Arnaud officiating. Interment will follow in Nativity Mausoleum. Visitation will begin Wednesday May 23, 2007 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM with a Rosary at 6:30PM and again Thursday from 8:00AM until service time.

He died Monday May 21, 2007 at 5:10AM in a local hospital.

Philip was a supervisor for the Louisiana Office of Probation and Parole having served 21 years. He was a member of the LSU Tiger Athletic Foundation and was an avid golfer and outdoorsman. He was a graduate of Catholic High School Class of 1966 and a graduate of University of Louisiana Lafayette.

Survivors include three sons; John Warner and his wife Lyndsey of New Orleans, Jeffrey Warner and his wife Suzanna of Baton Rouge and Christopher Warner and his wife Marla of Fairhope, Alabama, one grandson; John Philip Warner of Baton Rouge , two granddaughters Madilyn Warner and Emma Warner both of Fairhope, Alabama and his former wife; Susan Nugent Clark of New Iberia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis James and Bess Ragsdale Warner.

David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
