Betty Lee Hixon

July 10, 1930 — May 23, 2007

New Iberia--Private memorial services for Mrs. Marion Hixon, the former Betty Lee Ryals, 78, will be held at a later date. Mrs. Hixon passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 3:30 P.M. in a Breaux Bridge care facility. A native of Stong, AR, Mrs. Hixon was survived by three sons, James E. O'Brien, Steven W. O'Brien, and Irving P. O'Brien; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion L. Hixon; parents, Alonzo "Lonnie" Ryals and Elma Darby Ryals; as well as several other relatives. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
