Erath - A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Joel Terrebonne, the former Verna Landry Richard, 66, will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Wayne Duet officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 from 10:00AM until 10:00PM with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 from 8:00AM until time of service. Interment will follow at Miques Cemetery.

Mrs. Terrebonne, a native of New Iberia and a resident of Delcambre passed away June 25, 2007, at 5:30AM at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Joel Terrebonne of Delcambre; four sons, Ritchie Richard and his wife Rachel of Erath, Lance Richard and his wife Jessica of Delcambre, Benjie Terrebonne and his wife Kelly of Broussard and Tommy Terrebonne and his wife Monique of Erath; three daughters, Mandy Richard and companion John Daniels of Erath, Sharon Terrebonne Hebert and her husband Robert and Mishala Flores both of Delcambre; eighteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Emick and Rosella Delcambre Landry and her daughter, Vanessa Richard.

Pallbearers will be Benjie Terrebonne, Lance Richard, Ritchie Richard, Tommy Terrebonne, Hanns Rivet and Haiden Richard.

David Funeral Home of Erath will be handling arrangements.
