The Glue That Binds New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Relis Phillip Bourque, Sr. the former Doris Dot Viator, Age 73, at 4:00PM Sunday August 9, 2009 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ed Downs officiating. Visitation will be Saturday August 8, 2009 from 2:00PM until 10:00PM and Sunday from 8:00AM until service time. A native and lifelong resident of Iberia Parish, Mrs. Bourque died Thursday August 6, 2009 at 9:20PM at her residence. Survivors include her children, Patricia Pat Boudreaux and Daniel Louis Bourque, Sr. both of New Iberia, Catherine Cathy Young of Plaquemine and Julie Lynn Bourque of Rosedale; seven brothers, Dennis Viator of Cut Off, Joe, Calvin, David and Presley Viator of New Iberia, Harris Viator of Lydia and Connie Viator of Coteau; one sister, Anita Latiolais of Plaquemine; a step daughter Connie Laviolette of Erath; 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Relis Phillip Bourque, Sr; her parents, Rene Viator and Edie Poirrier Viator Burke; daughter, Judy Ann Bourque; sons, Relis Phillip Bourque,Jr. and Michael Mike Bourque and a brother, Earl Viator. Pallbearers will be Daniel Louis Bourque, Sr., Daniel Louis Bourque, Jr., Antoine Allen Boudreaux, Sr., Antoine Allen Boudreaux, Jr., Shane Michael Landry, Christopher Michael Graves Sr. and Phillip Daniel Sibley.
