LOVING MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER Jeanerette"Funeral service for Mrs. Albert Hebert, the former Rita Louviere, 86, will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in David Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Mark Gondron and Father Charles Langlois will officiate. Interment will follow in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Cemetery. Visiting hours will be observed on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 from 9:00 A.M. until service time in the funeral home. Mrs. Hebert passed away on Monday, June 25, 2007 at 3:15 P.M. in a New Iberia hospital. A native and lifelong resident of Iberia Parish, Mrs. Hebert had most recently lived with her daughter in Loreauville. She worked for Dr. Robert Blereau for 20 years as his housekeeper. Survivors include her sons, Gene Louviere and wife, Maxine of Florida, Wayne Louviere and wife, Cindy of Houma, and Terry Louviere of Youngsville; daughters, Judy Miller and husband, Ron of Loreauville and Linda Aucoin and husband, Spencer of Berwick; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Preceding Mrs. Hebert in death were her husbands, Albert Hebert and Morris Louviere; sister, Lucille Arton; and parents, Paul and Helen LaFont Hebert. Serving as pallbearers are Donovan Aucoin, Joshua Aucoin, Randy Pepper, Brad Louviere, Darryl Louviere, and Todd Louviere. Named as honorary pallbearers are Mike Bush, Mike Reed, Ronald Pepper, and Randy Boudreaux. David Funeral Home of Jeanerette is in charge of arrangements.
