Felton Joseph Suire

Erath " A Mass of Christian Burial for Felton SuSu Joseph Suire, 83, will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, September 22, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Fr. Wayne Duet officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Erath on Friday, September 21, 2007 beginning at 10:00AM with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00PM, the funeral home will remain open all night. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum.

Mr. Suire a native and resident of Erath died Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 3:45AM in Abbeville. He was a carpenter for over 50 years and raised cattle for many years. He really enjoyed working with his tractor.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Eloise Romero Suire of Erath; two sons, Shelton and his wife Anna LeBlanc Suire and Elton and his wife Sherry Doucet Suire both of Erath; three daughters, Shirley Suire Touchet and her husband Melvin, Delores Suire Broussard and her husband Bryan, and Sarah Suire Hebert all of Erath; nine grandchildren, Tammy and her husband Scott Broussard of Erath, Rhonda and her husband Cory Neveaux of Erath, Jeremy and his wife Donna Touchet of Erath, Kimberly and her husband Nathan Stelly of Erath, Patches and his wife Karen Suire of Erath, Monica Suire of Lafayette, Natasha Romero of Erath, Bobbie Hebert of Erath, and Jacob Hebert of Erath; nine great grandchildren, Carrington Neveaux, Cole Neveaux, Lindsey Broussard, Hayden Broussard, Meaghan Touchet, Joshua Touchet, Bryce Stelly, Brody Suire, and Dodie Suire all of Erath.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mr. & Mrs. Palcide Suire, one brother, Evest Suire, and two sisters, Mildred Babineaux and Annie Denise.

Pallbearers will be Patches Suire, Jeremy Touchet, Joshua LeBlanc, Nathan Stelly, Cory Neveaux, and Scott Broussard.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Brody Suire, Jacob Hebert, Joshua Touchet, Cole Neveaux, Hayden Broussard, and Bryce Stelly.

David Funeral Home of Erath will be handling the arrangements.
