New Iberia " Funeral services will be conducted for Bobby Lane Lil Bobby Broussard, 36, on Friday, July 6, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Denton, Pastor of Highland Baptist Church, officiating.

Mr. Broussard went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at 10:17 PM.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Friday, July 6, 2007 at 9:00 AM until services.

He was a welder/fitter for Well Services in New Iberia. Mr. Broussard loved fishing, hunting, his family and was an awesome cook and loved to bake.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Delcambre Broussard; his daughters, Makenna and Lanie Broussard; his parents, Bobby W. and Beverly Boutte Broussard; his brother, Barry Broussard and his wife Natalie all of New Iberia; his sisters, Brandi Broussard of Delcambre and Becky Thibodeaux and her husband Glenn Jamie Thibodeaux of Broussard; his paternal grandparents, Robert F. and Gurness Broussard of New Iberia; his maternal grandparents, Don and Mary Guidry of Nashville, TN; his father-in-law, Chris Delcambre of Lafayette; his mother-in-law, Maria Delcambre of Erath and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, E. J. Boutte and his niece, Mary Ellen Broussard.

David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
