Jeanerette"A Memorial Mass for Keith Anthony Mendoza, 50, will be celebrated on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Mausoleum. Mr. Mendoza passed away on Monday, July 9, 2007 at 5:30 P.M. in Lafayette. A native of Jeanerette, Mr. Mendoza was living in New Iberia at the time of his passing. He was a carpenter, and he worked for Heberts Custom Cabinet Works. Survivors include his mother, Mazie Derise Mendoza of Jeanerette; sons, Scott, Brandon, Courtney, and Jordan Mendoza, all of New Iberia; granddaughters, Crislyn and Emily Mendoza of New Iberia; brother, Carl Mendoza of The Philippine Islands; sisters, Anita Boudreaux and husband, Joe of New Iberia, Lydia Gonzales and companion, Louis of Jeanerette, Ruth Landry of New Iberia, and Cynthia Picard and husband, Russell of Jeanerette; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Mendoza of New Iberia; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Mr. Mendoza was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Ras Mendoza. David Funeral Home of Jeanerette is in charge of arrangements.
