New Iberia"A Memorial Service for Mrs. Robert Thibodeaux, the former Lucille Bellot, 50, will be held on Monday, February 4, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in David Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Vernon Sunburg will officiate. Mrs. Thibodeaux passed away on Friday, February 01, 2008 at 9:26 A.M. in a Lafayette hospital. A native of New Orleans and resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Thibodeaux was a loving mother to her daughter and a loving grandmother to her four grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Robert Thibodeaux of New Iberia; daughter, Angie Luquette and boyfriend, Chip Culotta of Erath; father, Francis Bellot of Delcambre; grandchildren, Brandi Duplantis of Erath, Jesse Luquette of Erath, Kansas Duplantis of Miami, FL, and Raven Duplantis of New Iberia; sister, Donna Sunburg and husband, Reverend Vernon Sunburg of Oklahoma; brother, Ronnie Bellot and wife, Barbara of Erath; special friend, Deborah Morel of New Iberia; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. Preceding Mrs. Thibodeaux in death was her mother, Bernice Romero Bellot. David Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
