Erath - Funeral Services for Mrs. Grace Duhon Renard, 69, will at 4:00PM on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at the David Funeral Home Chapel of Erath with Rev. Todd Menard officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Erath on Saturday, January 12, 2008 beginning at 10:00AM until 10:00PM. Visitation will resume on Sunday, January 13, 2008 from 9:00AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow at the LeBlanc Cemetery. Mrs. Renard at native of Vermilion Parish and a resident of Erath died at 1:40AM on Friday, January 11, 2008 at Magnolia Estates Nursing Home. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is Survived by her companion, Edward Gaspard of Delcambre; five sons, Keith Renard of Delcambre, Dean Renard of Abbeville, Doug Renard of Maurice, David Renard of Boulder City, NV, and Kim Renard of Arnaudville; two daughters, Cathy R. Simon of Lafayette, and Vonnie Louviere of Erath; her former husband, Warren J. Renard of Erath; two brothers, Willis and Raymond Duhon of Delcambre; two sisters, Zula Laviolette and Velma Hebert of Erath; fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alcide and Ida Vincent Duhon; a grandson, Colby Simon; and six brothers and sisters. Serving as pallbearers will be Keith, Dean, Doug, David, and Kim Renard, and Carl Bourque. The family would like to give special thanks to Hospice of Acadiana and Magnolia Estates Nursing Home.
