Jeanerette " Funeral services will be conducted for Craig Paul Z-Big Daddy Myers, 52, on Thursday, July 19, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow in Beau Pre Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Thursday, July 19, 2007 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Wednesday at 6:30 PM.

A native and lifelong resident of Jeanerette, Mr. Myers was an avid fisherman, hunter and loved spending time at his camp at Cypermort Point with family and friends. He worked most of his life in the oil field.

He is survived by his wife, Jolie LeJeune Myers of Jeanerette; his daughters, Ashlie Myers Spiker and her husband Heath of New Iberia and Kelly Campbell Verret and her husband Sean of Kingwood, TX; his sons, Landon Myers and his wife Mignon of Youngsville and Max Myers of Jeanerette; his grandchildren, Alexandra Landry, Liam Spiker, Emma Spiker all of New Iberia, Lane Myers of Youngsville, Emily Verret, Cole Verret and Pike Verret all of Texas. He is also survived by his brother, Kyle Myers; his sister, Shawn Aucoin and his best friend, Russ .

He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxime and Jacqlyn Domingue Myers and his brother, Scott Myers.

Pallbearers will be Landon Myers, Heath J. Spiker, Michael Tucker, Hunter Crochet, Kenny Hebert, Max A. Myers, Joseph T. LeJeune, Tyler Hebert and Bobby Bonin, Jr..

Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Thompson, Danny Cyr, Trey Cyr, Glenn Clark, Bryan LeJeune and Ricky LeJeune.
