Loving Mother, Grandmother and Friend

Jeanerette " Funeral Services will be conducted for Debra Debbie Goulas Landry, Age 54, at 2:00PM Wednesday February 6, 2008 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jacob Aranza officiating. Interment will follow in St. Johns Mausoleum. Visitation will be Tuesday February 5, 2008 from 3:00PM until 10:00PM and again Wednesday from 8:00AM until service time. A Rosary will be prayed Tuesday February 5, 2008 at 6:30PM. She died Sunday February 3, 2008 at 11:00AM at her residence in Cypress Island.

A native of Morgan City Debbie was a longtime resident of Jeanerette and currently a resident of Cypress Island. She enjoyed sewing and going to Church. She loved being with her family especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include 5 children; Jeri Provost and husband Scott of Loreauville, Lena Najaera and husband Mauricio of New Iberia, Christopher Landry and wife Paige of Cypress Island and Zachary and Andy Landry both of Avery Island, her father; Roger Goulas of Jeanerette, her former husband Elias Landry of Avery Island, one brother; Kevin Kip Goulas and wife Debra of Jeanerette, four sisters; Dianne Theriot and husband Gary of Rockport, Texas, Karen Hebert and husband Roland, Carolyn Goulas and Theresa Olander and husband Raymond all of Jeanerette, grandchildren; Luke, Mackenzie and Jace Provost all of Loreauville, Miyon Landry of Cypress Island, Noah and Dominic Najera both of New Iberia and Ian Louviere also of New Iberia and many special friends and family members.

She was preceded in death by her mother; Carolyn Mire Goulas and a nephew; Micah Goulas.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Landry, Zachary Landry, Andy Landry, Kevin Kip Goulas, Scott Provost and Mauricio Najera. Honorary pallbearers will be her Grandchildren and Godchildren.
