Lafayette " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Hilliard Thibodeaux, the former Irene Amelia Little, 82, will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Miller officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 8, 2008 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and will resume Saturday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services. Mrs. Thibodeaux passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 6:45 A.M. at Lafayette General Medical Center. A native of Ontario, Canada and resident of Youngsville, Mrs. Thibodeaux worked in retail as a sales clerk for Sears for over 15 years. Mrs. Thibodeaux was survived by her husband Hilliard Thibodeaux of Youngsville, LA; two sons, Larry Rogers of Lancaster, CA and Wayne Rogers of Kelso, WA; three daughters, Susan Churchill of Fontana, CA, Janet English of Laguna Niguel, CA, and Pamela Bormacoff of Apple Valley, CA; two stepdaughters, Doris Suir of Lafayette, LA and Marjorie Mensman of Arnaudville, LA; her stepson Jim Thibodeaux of Carencro LA; two sisters, Marge and Muriel; two brothers, Cliff and Norm; as well as 10 grandchildren, 10 stepgrandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 20 stepgreat grandchildren and 3 stepgreat great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Sidney Rogers, her parents, Sidney Little and Alice Norrington Little, and two brothers, Bob and Jack.
