Abbeville - Funeral services for Mrs. Carl Wagenfuehr, Sr., the former Patricia Elaine "Patty" Mahan, 59, will be held on Friday, July 4, 2008 at 2:00P.M. in David Funeral Home Chapel.The Rev. Pete Jones and the Rev. Daniel Goodman will be officiating. Interment will follow in St.Paul's Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2008 from 5:00P.M. until 9:00P.M. and will resume on Friday, July 4, 2008 from 8:00A.M. until the time of services at the Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wagenfuehr passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 11:15P.M. at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center.

A native of San Antonio, Texas and a resident of Abbeville. Mrs. Wagenfuehr was a double organ recepient and a member of Faith Baptist Church for 35 years.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Wayne Wagenfuehr, Sr. of Abbeville; one son Carl Wayne Wagenfuehr, Jr. and his wife Stacey, of Phoenix, Arizona; two sisters, Mary Nell Grollimund, of Pleasonton, Texas and Nancy Carol Nunez and her husband Arthur of DelRio, Texas; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Denver L. Mahan and Thornley Martin Mahan Seiler and also her daughter, Dustri Karen Touchet.

Serving as PallBearers will be George Menard, Blake Touchet, Kent Touchet, Carl Wagenfuehr, Jr., Kevin Wagenfuehr and Obie Manning

David Funeral Home of Abbeville will be handling the arrangements,2600 Charity Street(337)893-3777.
