Lafayette " A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on December 21, 2007 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Youngsville at 10:30AM, for Mrs. James Warren David, the former Rose Aimee Sis Larriviere at St. Anne Catholic Church in Youngsville . Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home in Lafayette on Thursday, December 20, 2007 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM and will resume on Friday, December 21, 2007 from 8:00AM until service time. Interment will follow at St. Anne Mausoleum in Youngsville.

A native of Youngsville and a resident of Broussard, Sis passed away on December 17, 2007, on her 84th birthday, at 9:19PM at Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette.

Sis was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a dedicated wife to Warren for 63 years. Sis loved spending time with her family, playing cards, playing golf, traveling, crossword puzzles and the casino. Sis was a member of the St. Anne Ladies Altar Society. Heaven has received her with open arms and the angels have rejoiced. She will be terribly missed by everyone who knew her.

Sis is survived by her husband, James Warren David of Broussard; her son, Glen David and his wife Glenda of Amarillo, Texas; her daughters, Deborah Ann Frey and her husband Kenneth of Mandeville, Louisiana, Kimberly Gail Scruggs and her husband Roy of Austin, Texas and Cynthia D. Broussard and her husband Craig of Perth, Australia; brother, Wilton Larriviere; brother-in-law, Jack David; five grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Laura Comeaux Larriviere; sisters, Lucille Narrell and Dorothy Pittman; brothers, Eugene Larriviere, Lionel Larriviere, Raoul Larriviere, and Marshall Larriviere.

Pallbearers will be Clyde Aucoin, Glen David, Roy Scruggs, Craig Broussard, Kenny Frey and Kenneth Larriviere. Honorary pallbearers will be Harris Morvant, Ronald Broussard, Jack David, Gerald Larriviere and Rusty Larriviere.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Faith House, Women and Childrens Shelter " P.O. Box 93145 " Lafayette, Louisiana 70509.

David Funeral Home of Lafayette will be handling the arrangements.
