Erath " A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Minos Dubois, the former Helen Rodrigue, 85, will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Father Herb Bennerfeld officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Erath on Friday, November 28, 2008, beginning at 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM, with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Saturday, November 29, 2008 from 8:00 AM until the time of the services. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery. Mrs. Dubois, a native and a resident of Delcambre, passed away at 9:15 PM on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Dubois was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by three daughters, Vinette D. Granger and her husband Donald, and Melissa Millie D. Rogers and her husband Cecil, both of Delcambre and Elise D. Dore and her husband Todd of Delcambre; a son, Loren J. Dubois and his wife Adrienne of New Iberia; one brother, Cornelius Rodrique of Delcambre; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Minos Dubois; her parents Euphemon and Azemie LeBlanc Rodrigue; two brothers, Emic Rodrigue and Francis Rodrigue; and one sister, Anne R. Laviolette. Serving as pallbearers will be Marcus Dubois, Gavin Dubois, Aaron Rodrigue, Ray Rodrigue, Jonathan Granger, and Justin Granger. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Michael Benoit and Terrell Laviolette. David Funeral home of Erath, 209 E. Putnam St., (337) 937-0405, will be handling the arrangements.
