Wade Lacoste, Jr.

Erath " Funeral Services for Wade Pete Lacoste, Jr., 27, will be held at 4:00PM on Friday, May 16, 2008 at the David Funeral Home Chapel of Erath with Fr. Wayne Duet officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Erath on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service with a recitation of the rosary at 1:00PM. Interment will follow at Landry Cemetery.

Mr. Lacoste, a native of Abbeville, Louisiana and a resident of Erath died at 11:33 PM on May 14, 2008 at Abbeville General Hospital. Pete was a Carpenter and worked for Minville Lumber for over 6 years. He enjoyed fishing and was always ready to go fishing. He also enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by his wife, Missy Duplantis Lacoste of Erath; his parents, Wade Lacoste, Sr. and Debra Darby Lacoste of Erath; two sons, Zane and Zander Lacoste both of Erath; a brother, Christopher Lacoste of Erath; two sisters, Hope Lacoste of New Iberia and Mel Lacoste of Erath; his paternal grandfather, Howard Lacoste, Sr. of Erath; and his maternal grandparents, Ashton and Anna Darby of Erath.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dorothy LeBlanc Lacoste

Serving as pallbearers will be Christopher Lacoste, Johnny Duplantis, Jeric Langlinais, Cody Knight, Seth Turner, Jesse Abbott.
