Erath " A Memorial Service for Joseph Ronnie Broussard, 61, will be held at 6:00PM on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Faith Cathedral with Bishop Drew and Senior Pastor Wanda Rousse officiating. Mr. Broussard a native of Abbeville and a resident of Erath died at 2:47PM on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at his resident. He served in the U.S. Navy; was the business owner and operator of Southland Inn of New Iberia; loved boating, fishing, camping, horseback riding, and music. He also liked building, He enjoyed taking thing and improving them. He is survived by his wife, Lee Anna Vincent Broussard of Erath; a son, Ronnie Allen Broussard and Evielyn of Broussard; two daughters, Renella Bitsy Phillips and Wade of Lydia, and Sherry Broussard of New Iberia; two sisters, Doris Broussard and Woody of Abbeville, and Gail Broussard of Lafayette; two step daughters, Kaye Music of Kaplan, and Marcelle Alexander of Abbeville; six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Allen Joseph and Ella Doucet Broussard. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Ed Dipaolantino, Vijayaganapathi Thittani, and Rajendran Dhandayutham, Ramana Pentakota David Funeral Home of Erath at 209 E.
