NEW IBERIA " Services for Mrs. Morris Bayard, the former Elmire Dugas Delcambre, 100, will be conducted at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 12, 2008 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Wade Broussard officiating. Inurnment will follow in St. Peters Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be conducted Saturday, July 12, 2008 from 9:00 AM until the time of service with a rosary being recited at 9:30 AM at David Funeral Home. A native of Iberia Parish and a resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Bayard died at 11:00 AM Monday, July 7, 2008, at Dauterive Hospital. She is survived by her niece, RoeAnn D. Delahoussaye of New Iberia; nephew, Gordon J. Delcambre of St. Martinville; and two step-sons, Kenneth Bayard of Moss Bluff and Morris Bayard, Jr. of Houston, Texas. Mrs. Bayard was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Bayard; first husband, Johnny Delcambre; parents, Adonis and Maria Louviere Dugas; sister, Mabel Dugas Kramer; step-son, Wayne Bayard; and an infant son.
