NEW IBERIA ~ Services for Clarence Pete Duhon, 73, will be conducted at 4:00 PM Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon George Sikes officiating. Inurnment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Visiting hours will be observed Tuesday, August 5, 2008 from 9:00 AM until services with a rosary being recited at 12:15 PM at David Funeral Home. A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Duhon died at 12:30 PM Monday, August 04, 2008, at New Iberia Manor South. Mr. Duhon loved listening to music, watching television and playing video games. He is survived by his children, Christina Duhon Champagne and husband Chris of New Iberia, Dennis Duhon of Houston, Texas, and Sharron Duhon Allen of Houston, Texas; sisters, Grace Maturin and husband Curly of Coteau, Effie Romero and husband Junius of Coteau, Mable Romero and husband Avery, and Susie Richard and husband Jerry, all of New Iberia; brothers, Lawrence Duhon, Newton Duhon and wife Lorraine, all of New Iberia, and Gerald Duhon and wife Carolyn of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Chase and Cassie Champagne of New Iberia, R.J. Allen and Colton Duhon of Houston, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Duhon was preceded in death by his parents, Essay and Eronic Hulin Duhon; and brothers, Minos and Dalton Duhon.
