Erath " A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church for Mrs. Dave Schexnayder Sr., the former Nell LeBlanc, 86, on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Fr. Wayne Duet will be officiating.

Visitation will be at David Funeral Home on Monday, October 15, 2007 from 4:30PM until 7:00PM with a Rosary at 6:00PM and will resume on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at 8:AM until service time

Interment will be at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.

A native of Erath and a resident of Erath, Mrs. Nell died at her residence on October 13, 2007 at 1:35PM surrounded by her loved ones.

Mrs. Nell was a graduate of SLI and taught at Erath High School for over 30 years.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Dave Schexnayder; one son Dave Skip Schexnayder, Jr. and his wife Tina of Lafayette; one grandson, Nicholas Paul Schexnayder of Lafayette and one step-grandson Corey Williamson of Lafayette.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ulysse Paul and Odille Blanchette LeBlanc.

Pallbearers will be Mark Poche, Marcus Hebert, Jimmy Poche, Corey Williamson and Nathan Granger.
