LOREAUVILLE ~ A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Clayson Dugas, the former Lillian Tauzin, 85, will be conducted at 3:00 PM Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Buddy Breaux officiating. Lectors for the mass will be Joy Lasseigne and Christy Maraist and Eucharistic Minister will be Debbie Dupuis. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Mausoleum. Visiting hours will be observed Tuesday, September 16, 2008 from 8:30 AM until the time of service with a rosary being recited at 1:00 PM at David Funeral Home. A native of Iberia Parish and a resident of Loreauville, Mrs. Dugas died at 5:30 AM Sunday, September 14, 2008, at her Loreauville residence. Lillian was a member of St. Joseph Altar Society and St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Clayson Dugas of Loreauville; and brother, Marshall Con Tauzin of New Iberia. Mrs. Dugas was preceded in death by her father, Jean Baptist Tauzin; mother, Ivy Lee Thibodeaux Dugas Tauzin; brother, Albert Dugas, Sr.; and sisters, Elmire Dugas, Edmai D. Viator, Lorraine T. Dore and Rena D. Broussard. Pallbearers will be Toby Dugas, Nathan Dugas, Blaine Tauzin, Jarrod, Clores and Huey Dugas.
