Roland Boudreaux

Our beloved Roland Boudreaux was born August 24, 1946 in Abbeville, LA to Lucille A. Boudreaux and the late Louis L. Boudreaux, Sr. Roland was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church of Abbeville for the past 20 years. He worked very hard for his family, owning a sandblasting and painting company for many years. He loved outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting. He was loved by many. His outgoing personality and positive attitude to achieve his objectives was appreciated among his peers and family. He will most certainly be missed.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Marion Boudreaux of Abbeville; children, Geraldine and her husband Calvin Henderson, Karla Boudreaux, Leslie and her husband Dean Dunaway, Christy and her husband Patrick Nolan, and Gregory and his wife Marlow Jackson all of Abbeville; his mother, Mrs. Lucille Boudreaux of Abbeville; sisters, Mrs. Barbara and her husband Elton Adams, Mrs. Yvonne B. and her husband Cazell Morris, Ms. Marilyn Boudreaux, Ms. Linda Boudreaux, and Ms. Beverly Boudreaux; his brothers, Calvin and his wife Carolyn Boudreaux, and Tony Boudreaux; In Laws, Mr. Ruly and his wife Geniva Jackson, Mr. Golden and his wife Vera Jackson, Mr. Freeman and his wife Gloria Jackson, Mrs. Mary Jenkins, and Mrs. Dora and her husband Norman Guerin, Sixteen Grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of Nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Louis Boudreaux, Sr.; brothers, Louis Boudreaux, Jr., Ray Boudreaux, and Angelo Boudreaux; a sister, Miriam Boudreaux, in laws, Mr. and Mrs. Darmas Jackson, Mr. Leroy Jenkins, Rufus Jackson, Herman Jackson, and Loretta Ruffins.
