A memorial gathering to celebrate her life will be held on Tuesday, September 23, from 9 am to 1pm at Davids funeral home in New Iberia, following with a rosary and memorial service at 1pm. All who knew and loved her are welcome.
She is survived by a large loving family of 5 sisters: Laura Waguespack, Celeste Boudreaux, Loretta Gonsoulin, Claire Dering, and Suzie Broussard; 2 brothers, Lloyd & Preston Hebert; 3 children, Leslie Anderson Wimberley & her husband Rod , Eric Anderson & wife Stacy, Inger Anderson Gauthier & husband Darren as well as her beloved grandchildren, Dawn Landry, Brynn, Abby, & Evan Wimberley & Madison Gauthier & one great grandchild, Justin.
The family would like to acknowledge all the dedicated and compassionate family, friends, as well as Drs. and nurses ( Lafayette General Med Center & Hospice of Acadiana), for the extra care and support she was given throughout the duration of her illness. We would also like to thank Vermillion Health Care for making Her short stay there so comfortable. We truly appreciate and are grateful for those who dedicated themselves to helping to fulfill her needs. There is truly a Place in heaven for each and every one of you..
Annette was a very musically talented & artistic woman with a deep passion for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She was such a special person and will be missed. May the arms of our sweet Lord hold and comfort her and relieve her pain forever.
