Jeanerette " Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Ronald Guillot, the former Doris Clement, 77, on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will be in St. John Mausoleum. Visitation will begin on Monday, Oct. 1, 2007 at 5:00 PM unitl 9:00 PM and resume on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Monday, Oct. 1, 2007 at 6:30 PM A native of New Orleans and a resident of Jeanerette, Mrs. Guillot died on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007 at 5:30 AM in a Jeanerette nursing home. She was a clerk with Cleco and retired after 34 years. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Gillo Guillot of Jeanerette; her son, Ronald Possum Guillotte and his wife Monica of Jeanerette; her grandchildren, Jeffery Guillotte of Lafayette and Victor Guillotte of Jeanerette; her sister, Shirley Jean Clement and her brother L. C. Buddy Clement and his wife Gayle all of Jeanerette. She was also survived by her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Clement and Iva Lee Harris Clement. Pallbearers will be family members. David Funeral Home of Jeanerette, 400 Provost St. (337) 275-5151 is in charge of arrangements.
