Youngsville - A Celebration of Life service for Kimberly Kay Stepanek, 41 will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at the United Methodist Church of the Covenant with Rev. Chris Blanchard officiating. A native of Columbus, Ohio and a resident of Youngsville, Kimberly passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009 at a local hospital. She is survived by her husband; David F. Stepanek and children; Hannah Allison, Emma Marie and Grace Kay of Youngsville; sister Kelly Podkul and husband Mark of Youngwood, PA.,; parents; William C. and Karen S. Brobst Allison of Heath, Ohio. Kimberly Stepanek received her B.A. Degree in Human Studies from The Ohio State University. She was a volunteer at the Church of the Covenant and Ernestt Gallet Elementary School. She loved traveling, playing tennis and scrapbooking. The family wishes to thank Dr. Michael Cain and his staff and the staff at Lafayette General Hospital.
