Irene Guillory Perron

New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mrs. Renise Perron the former Irene Guillory, Age 87, at 10:00AM Friday January 2, 2009 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Travis Brice officiating. Interment will be in Platin Cemetery; Ville Platte, La. Visitation will be Thursday January 1, 2009 from 10:00 AM until 9:00PM and again Friday from 8:00AM until service time.
A native of Ville Platte and longtime resident of New Iberia Mrs. Perron was a nursing assistant at Iberia Manor Nursing Home South for 15 years. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church. She died Tuesday December 30, 2008 at 6:10AM in a New Iberia health care facility.
Survivors include her children; Betty Savoy and husband Julius, Joan Matt, Judy Berzas and husband Richard all of New Iberia, Ferrel Perron and wife Debbie of Coteau, sisters;, Jeanette Bartee and husband Lloyd and Earlene Watson and husband Donald all of Houston, 12 Grandchildren " Carrie S. Harper, Bridgett S. Marcell, Rhonda M. Devillier, Jeff Matt, Melissa M. Butcher, Michelle Berzas, Jill B. Johnson, Scott Berzas, Micah Berzas, Amanda Perron, Amy Perron, Chris Perron, and 17 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; Renise Perron, her parents; Arcille and Cora OConnor Guillory, sisters; Elaine Pucheu and Faye Fournier Viola Rider.
Pallbearers will be-Matt Devillier, Scott Berzas, Chris Perron, Jeff Matt, Sean Millette, Austin Millette.
