Youngsville " Memorial Services will be held for Mrs. Eugene Pearson, the former Mary Bridges, 79, on Friday, January 15, 2010, with Mike Carmichael officiating. The family will gather at the David Funeral Home Chapel of Lafayette at 10:00AM with the service at 11:00AM. A native of Colorado Springs, CO and a resident of Youngsville, Mary passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 7:30AM at her residence in Youngsville. She was a talented and active artist, having started the Art Guild in her former hometown of Enid, OK. She was also an avid volunteer with the local art association. She loved cooking and spending time with her family above all else, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Phil Pearson of Broussard and Jim Pearson of Enid,OK; her daughter, Kathryn Carmichael of Edmond, OK; two brothers, Gordon Bridges of Plainville, KS and Kenny Bridges of Linsburg, KS; six sisters; Helen Lewis of Overland Park, KS, Dorothy Dalton of Topeka, KS, Billie Heffel of Anaheim, CA, Kathryn Perry of Arlington, CA, Rae Ellen Stinely of Cameron, KS, and Ruth Meitler of Loveland, CO; as well as all her many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Pearson; her parents, James Bridges and Catherine Spaid Bridges; a son, Michael Pearson; a daughter, Mary J. Fluhr; a son in law, Robert F.
