New Iberia " Funeral services will be conducted for Aaron Minos Duplantis, 66, on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at 3 p.m. in the David Funeral Home Chapel with Father Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.Visitation will begin on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 from 10 a.m. until services. A rosary will be prayed at 1:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home.A native of St. Mary Parish and a resident of New Iberia, Mr. Duplantis died Monday, January 11, 2010, in a New Iberia health care facility.He is survived by his children Ronnie Duplantis and his wife, Julie, of Duson, Shannon Duplantis and his wife, Michelle, of Mire, Stacie Doucet and her husband, Mark of Rayne; sister Karma Champagne and her husband, Forrest, of Jeanerette; grandchildren Cole Duplantis and his wife, Laura, Britni Duplantis and Chase Duplantis, all of Duson, Hannah Doucet, Hailey Doucet, Harley Doucet, Hunter Doucet, Haven Doucet, all of Rayne, Trace Duplantis and Toye Duplantis of Mire; great-granddaughter Addison Duplantis and niece Laurie Outlaw and her husband, Kit, of Mobile Alabama.He was preceded in death by parents,Rilius Louis Duplantis and Nadine Boutte Duplantis; maternal grandparents, Rudson and Louise Sinitiere Boutte; paternal grandparents Raphael Perrin Duplantis and Odile Marie Dartez.Pallbearers will be Cole Duplantis, Mark Doucet, Forrest Champagne, Phil Gonsoulin, Gordon Hebert and Shannon Duplantis.Honorary pallbearers will be Harley Doucet, Hunter Doucet, Haven Doucet, Chase Duplantis and Trace Duplantis.The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. George D.
