Erath " A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Carol Landry, the former Glory Ann LeBlanc, 75, will be held on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 10:30AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Paul Broussard and Deacon Henry Libersat officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Erath starting on Sunday, January 17, 2010 beginning at 11:00AM until 10:00PM with a recitation of the rosary by the Catholic Daughters at 5:00PM and by the Knights of Columbus at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 8:00AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. A native and resident of Erath, Glory passed away at 3:37AM on Friday, January 15, 2010 at a Lafayette Health Care Facility. Mrs. Landry was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister who dearly loved and cherished every moment she spent with her family and her many friends. She is survived by two daughters, Faye Dronet of Erath, and Pattie Sikes and her husband Everett of Erath; three sons, Gary Landry and his wife Peggy of Erath, Guy Landry and his wife Nancy of Lafayette, and Troy Landry of Erath; two brothers, Gerald Bud LeBlanc and his wife Peggy of Delcambre, and Terry LeBlanc and his wife Judy of Baton Rouge; a sister, Peggy Libersat and her husband Henry of Altamonte Springs, Florida; twelve grandchildren, Gary Landry, Jr., Ashley Landry, Sean Dronet, Bridget Landry, Tanya Gauthier, Simone Dronet, Ryan Landry, Caleb Landry, Cody Landry, Brittany Benoit, Wesley Sikes, and Heather Sikes; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Carol Landry; her parents, Simonette and Oza Goutierrez LeBlanc; a brother, Javis LeBlanc, and her great grandson, Tyler Landry. Serving as pallbearers will be her six grandsons, Gary Landry, Cody Landry, Sean Dronet, Caleb Landry, Ryan Landry, and Wesley Sikes. Honorary pallbearers will be her six granddaughters, Ashley Landry, Bridget Landry, Tanya Gauthier, Simone Dronet, Brittany Benoit, and Heather Sikes. David Funeral Home of Erath, 209 E.
