Jeanerette- Funeral services will be conducted for Mrs. Raymond Derouen, the former Bobbie Dunn, age 67, Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 10:00AM at David Funeral Home Chapel in Jeanerette with Brother Bobby Hodnett officiating. Interment will follow in St. Nicholas Cemetery in Patoutville. Visitation will begin Tuesday, June 22, 2010 from 3:00PM until 10:00PM. Visitation will resume Wednesday, June 23, 2010 from 8:00AM until the time of service.

A native of Mcneil, MS and resident of Jeanerette, Mrs. Derouen passed away Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 3:00AM at her residence in Jeanerette. Mrs. Derouen enjoyed playing pokeno, boco and playing cards. She also enjoyed drinking coffee and reading romance novels.

Mrs. Derouen is survived by her husband, Raymond Derouen of Jeanerette, her daughters, Zinda Dunn of New Iberia; Trina Breaux and her husband Raywood of New Iberia; her son, Chad J. Derouen and fianc Kathy LeBlanc of Jeanerette; her brother, James E. Dunn of Kinder; her sister, Alice G.Glasgow of Lacombe; and her grandchildren, Christopher C. Perego, Sage A. Breaux, Tray M. Breaux, Alora R. Breaux, Dylan Derouen and Avery Derouen.

Mrs. Derouen was preceded in death by her parents, Elgin W. Dunn and Florence Blanche Simmons Dunn, and a sister Lola A. Dunn.

Serving as pallbearers will be Sage Breaux, Raywood Breaux, Christopher Perego, Lionel Deouen III, Joseph Dunn and Billy Dunn.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chad J. Derouen and Tray Breaux.
