Crystal Lynn Trahan

A native and resident of Erath, Crystal passed away at 5:26PM on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at a New Orleans hospital. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. She loved playing cards and pool and was a member of the APA. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, was a very caring person and a great mother.

She is survived by her husband, Rodney Sugie Trahan of Abbeville; her daughter, Shaina NaNa Nicole Guidry of Erath; her sons, Brock Joseph Trahan, Tanner James Doiron and Cori Blaine Guidry, Jr., all of Erath; her step-children, Mica Trahan of Lafayette, Brooke Trahan of Lafayette, and Alaya Mott of Erath; her mother, Marie Stevens Cole of Erath; her brothers and sister, Darrel James Connor and wife Kris of Abbeville, Darlene Faye Lemelle and husband Mark of Abbeville, and Brent James Connor and wife Cheryl of Forked Island; her step-brother and sisters, Brent James Lambert of Butte La Rose, Vanessa Duhon of Bossier City and Bridget Simon of Texas; her nanny, Rena Hebert of Abbeville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Wallace Lyman Lambert; her maternal grandparents, Roberta Vaughn and Albert Jr. Stevens; her uncle, Al Stevens; her parrain, Allen Dale Hebert; her great-aunt, Nancy Reed; her father-in-law, Murray Joseph Trahan, Sr.; and her step-father-in-law, Davis D.L. Peltier.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Rodney Sugie Trahan, Darrel James Connor, Murray Rush Trahan, Jr., Brent Lambert, Quinton Romero and D.J. Connor.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tanner Doiron and Leo Trahan.
