Linda Legnon Bell

Visitation will be on Monday, April 27, 2009 beginning at 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM and resume on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at 8:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Monday at 6:00 PM.

A resident of New Iberia, Linda died on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 12:15 PM in a New Iberia hospital. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Scarlette Kirkpatrick Segura and her husband Rusty; her sister, Barbara Mallet; her adopted sister, Mary Fremin Menard all of New Iberia; her brother, Ricky Legnon and his wife Kathy of Coteau and her grandchildren, Thad, Tessie and Tara Segura all of New Iberia. She was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Leginon, Sr. and Odile Fremin Leginon; her brother, Lawrence Legnon, Jr. and her companion, Glen P. Louviere, Sr..

Pallbearers will be Rusty Segura, Terry and David Mallet, Zachary, Lance and Tyler Legnon.

Honorary pallbearers will be Thad, Tessie and Tara Segura, Whitni and Fremin Menard, Ethan and Elden Smith.
