Jeanerette " Funeral Services will be conducted for Gail Trosclair Gaudet, Age 55, at 2:00PM Thursday May 6, 2010 at The Church of the Assumption in Franklin with Father Ruben Primor officiating. Interment will be in the Franklin City cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday May 6, 2010 from 10:00AM until service time at David Funeral Home in Jeanerette. A native of Franklin, longtime resident of Many and current resident of Prairieville, Gail died Sunday May 2, 2010 at 5:30AM in a Baton Rouge health care facility. She was a member of The American Cancer Society. Survivors include her mother, Marie Brunella Trahan of Franklin; two sons, Brent Gaudet and wife Dawn Rodrigue Gaudet of Prairieville and Eric Gaudet and companion Rachel Reeves of Austin, Texas; one daughter, Amber N. Robichaux of Prairieville; two brothers, John Trosclair Sr. and Merlyn Trosclair both of Franklin; two sisters, Janet Brescher and husband Robert of Houma and Monica Trosclair and companion Gene Aaron of Broadus, Texas; one grandchild, Ella Beatrice Gaudet of Prairieville, former husband Eric Gaudet, Sr. and former husband Phillip Robichaux both of Centerville and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; John Trosclair Sr. and a brother, Dale Trosclair.
