Howard J. Dugas

August 13, 1922 — March 6, 2010

New Iberia " Memorial Services will be held at a later date for Howard J. Dugas, Age 87, who died Saturday March 6, 2010 at 1:14PM at his residence in New Iberia. A native of Parks and longtime resident of New Iberia, Mr. Dugas was owner of Colonial Bakery. He worked for Spanish Trail Golf Club since 1980 and was a member of the New Iberia Dance Club. He was also a veteran of WWII having served in the U.S. Navy. Survivors include his sons, Michael B. Dugas and Jean P. Clark both of Metairie and a sister, Mary Lou Dugas Hebert of New Iberia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Politz Dugas and his parents, Benjamin and Inez Thibodeaux Dugas. David Funeral Home, 1101 Trotter St. New Iberia, La.
