New Iberia " Funeral Services will be conducted for Mr. Ralph Leroy Lewis, Jr. Age 64, at 2:00PM Thursday July 1, 2010 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony DiClementi officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Family Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday July 1, 2010 from 10:00AM until time of service. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the U.S. Air Force. A native of DeQuincy and longtime resident of New Iberia, Mr. Lewis died Sunday June 27, 2010 at 10:00AM in an Alexandria hospital. Mr. Lewis was a member of the Loreauville Baptist Church. He was a directional driller for Smith International for 30 years. Ralph enjoyed being outdoors, working around his home and cooking. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his two sons, Robert Troy Bryan Sr. and wife Trisha of New Iberia and Marvin Carey Bryan and wife Yvonne of Lafayette; one sister, Judy of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Robert Bryan Jr. and wife Heidi, Isaac, Daniel and Desire Bryan all of New Iberia and Michael Bryan and wife Shelly of Oklahoma; great grandchildren, Brilee, Carter, Khloe, Lane and Bryson Bryan all of New Iberia and Aleigh Bryan of Oklahoma.
