Abbeville - Graveside services for Alex Reese Dugas will be held at 9:30AM on Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Erath with Father Doug Courville officiating. Alex passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2009 at Women and Children's Hospital in Lafayette. She is survived by her parents, Jonathan "J.D." and Dawn LeBlanc Dugas of Maurice; her god-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ryan LeBlanc of Erath; her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ross LeBlanc of Erath; her paternal grandparents, Ms. Darlene Adams and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Dugas, all of Lafayette; and her uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Shane LeBlanc of Erath. Alex is being laid to rest with Dawn's baby brother, Eugene LeBlanc. David Funeral Home of Abbeville, 2600 Charity St., (337) 893-3777, is in charge of the arrangements.
