Loreauville " Funeral services will be conducted for Mark David Tauzin, age 47, at 3:00 PM Thursday May 21, at St. Joseph Catholic church with Fr. Ed Degeyter and Fr. Buddy Breaux officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday May 20, 2009 From 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a KC Rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM. Vististion will resume Thursday May 21, 2009 from 8:00 AM until services. Gifts Bearers will be Jacob Tauzin, Scott David Vice, Talmon Vice.

A native of and a resident of Loreauville, Mr. Tauzin died Monday May 18, 2009 at 9:15 PM at his residence. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council in Loreauville, LA., Mark worked for Shell Exploration and Production as a Production Supervisor for 24 years.

Survivors include his wife: Alisa Boudreaux Tauzin of Loreauville, Son: Jacob Scot Tauzin of Loreauville Mother: YvonneVoisin Tauzin Judice and husband Gerald of Loreauville, Sister: Monique Tauzin Vice of Loreauville, Brother: David James Tauzin of Houma, Nephews: Talmon John Vice and Scott David Vice both of Loreauville, Luke David Tauzin of Houma. Niece: Emily Boudreaux of Loreauville.

He was preceded in death by his father: David Percy Tauzin, Paternal Grandparents: Percy and Louise Moulis Tauzin, Maternal Grandparents: Evest and Viola Thibodeaux Voisin.

Pallbearers will be: Talmage Senter, Todd Faucheaux, Cody Chauvin, Mark Lowrey , Kevin Provost, Chanse Boudreaux, Carroll JR Boudreaux,Brian Provost.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Russell Auguillard, Brian Gonsoulin, Perry Judice, Terrell Dressel, Jr. David Tauzin, Carroll Boudreaux, Carl Boudreaux, Tim Vice, and Shell Staff and Co-Workers.
