Steve Ardizone

Visitation will be on Friday, March 26, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM and resume on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 8:00 AM until services.

A native and resident of Jeanerette, Mr. Ardizone died on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 9:40 PM at his residence. He was a welder in the pipeline industry and upon retiring, he became the Overseer for Beverly Causey Farms in Jeanerette. He was an avid fisherman.

He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca A. Becky Gary of Jeanerette; his daughter-in-law, Gaynell Deare Ardizone of New Iberia; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rista Galtier Ardizone; his parents, Joseph and Josephine Lamandollo Ardizone; his son, Stephen Ardizone; his sisters, Marie A. Causey and Christine Habert, his brothers, Ciro, Peter J. and Sam Ardizone andhis son-in-law, Allen J. Gary

Pallbearers will be Michael Gary, Mark Ardizone, Douglas Ardizone, Gene Thibodeaux, Damon Migues and Ben Napier.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Napier and Nicholas Ardizone.
