Broussard " A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Mr. Jeremy David Willis, 40, at 10:00AM on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at David Funeral Home of Lafayette with Bro. Don McPherson officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 from 6:00PM until 9:00PM and will resume on Wednesday from 9:00AM until service time. A native of Alexandria and resident of Denham Springs, Jeremy passed away at 2:21PM on Friday, August 6, 2010. He loved baseball and spending time with his children. He is survived by his parents, Carl E. and Susan B. Willis of Broussard; his wife, Kristina Willis of Lindstrom, Minnesota; his children, Meagan Willis and Matthew Willis, both of Indiana, and Carley Willis and Parker Willis, both of Minnesota; his step-children, Brandon Berner and Dalton Berner, both of Minnesota; his brother, Blake Willis and wife Stacey of Katy, TX; his nephew, Brad Michael Willis of Katy, TX; his paternal grandmother, Betty Willis of Overton, TX; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Preston and Rosalie Broussard; his paternal grandfather, Ernest S. Willis, Sr.; and his nephew, Baby Drew Willis.
