Abbeville " Funeral Services for Mr. Paul Curtis Roche, 68 will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Randy Hyde officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Saturday, September 26, 2010 from 9:00AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at St. Paul Cemetery. Mr. Roche a native of Kaplan and a resident of Abbeville died at 1:30PM on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at a local hospital. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother who loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Rose Abshire Roche; sons Michael Roche and his wife Donna of Abbeville, and Neil Roche and his wife Roxanne of Kaplan; daughter, Alison Gary and her husband James of Abbeville; brother Harris Roche of Erath; sister, Lillian R. Palambo of Kaplan; eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Neills and Zula Touchet Roche; son Jayce Roche; and sisters Carol Roche and Mary Roche . Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends. David Funeral Home of Abbeville, 2600 Charity Street, (337) 893-3777 will be handling the arrangements.
