Abbeville " Memorial Services for Mr. Daniel Carl Striggow, 46, will be held at 7:00PM on Monday, June 7, 2010 at David Funeral Home Chapel of Abbeville with Pastor Pres Riley officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Monday, June 7, 2010 from 6:00PM until the time of service. Interment will follow at a later date. Mr. Striggow, a native of Toledo, Ohio and a resident of Abbeville, passed away Monday, May 31, 2010 in East Vermilion Bay. Daniel was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. Daniel was a boat Captain, with Gulf Island Boats for 20 years. He is survived by his mother, Lois Petry Striggow of Abbeville; his brothers, Steve Striggow and his wife Loretta of Abbeville and Ken Striggow and his wife Linda of Mount Pleasant, Michigan; four nieces; three nephews; and his good friend Brenda Hebert of Abbeville. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Striggow. David Funeral Home of Abbeville, 2600 Charity Street, (337) 893-3777 is handling the arrangements.
