Lafayette- Funeral services for Robert E. Robbo Nowell, 49, will be held on Monday September 27, 2010 at 5:30PM at David Funeral Home of Lafayette with Brother Steven Schwing of First Apostolic Church of Lafayette officiating. Visitation will begin Sunday September 26, 2010 at 4:00PM until 12:00 Midnite and will resume at 8:00 AM on Monday September 27, 2010 until service time at 5:30PM. Interment will be in Migues Cemetery in Delcambre following services. A resident of Lafayette, Mr. Nowell passed away on Friday September 24, 2010 at his residence. Robbo and his wife, Tess, have owned and operated Robbos Auto Salvage, Inc. in Breaux Bridge for the past twenty years. He was also a member of the APA Pool League. He is survived by his wife Tess Robicheaux Nowell; children, Brandi Nowell Guidry, Robert Ryan Nowell and foster son George Fredrick, Jr; grandchildren Brendan Paul Guidry and Sheila Marie Guidry; siblings, Judith Elaine Hines, Rebecca June Pennington, Rebecca Anne Comeaux, Edith Pauline Nowell, Myra Lee Nowell, Michael Wayne Nowell and Tonya Lee Hebert- Hunter. He was preceded in death by his parents McIlwain Nowell and Cecile Audrey David Hebert. Pallbearers will be Robert R. Nowell, Michael W. Nowell, George Fredrick, Jr.,Jeremy L. Comeaux, Ryan A. Pastor and Scotty P. Guidry. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Joseph Nowell, Dylan Michael Nowell, Mitch Domingue, Robert Ethan Ballou, Kody J. Courville, Joe Underwood and Mason J. Courville.
