Broussard - A Service of Remembrance for infant Sophie Lynn Vidrine will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, August 20, 2010 at David Funeral Home of Lafayette. Visitation will begin on Friday from 10:00AM until service time. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Mausoleum in Milton. She is survived by her parents, Brent Charles Aloysius Vidrine and Michelle Renee Landry of Broussard; her sister, Valorie Vidrine of Broussard; her paternal grandmother, Tracy Navarre Vidrine and Damon Wooten of Duson; her paternal grandfather, Charles Vidrine of California; her maternal grandparents, Claude and Tammy Landry of Milton; her aunts and uncles, Brittney Vidrine and fiance' Ryan Thibodeaux of Sunset, Billy Rumsey, Sandi Rumsey, Timothy Landry and Bryan Landry, all of Milton; and her cousins, Hunter Breaux, Ty Thibodeaux, Rylee Thibodeaux, Ava Thibodeaux, Matthew Rumsey, Amanda Rumsey, Callie Rumsey and Donovan Mouton, all of Milton. Serving as pallbearers will be Brent Vidrine, Billy Rumsey, Ryan Thibodeaux and Eric Ramer. The family requests donations be made in Sophie's name at Gulf Coast Bank, (337)993-3034, to defray funeral expenses. David Funeral Home of Lafayette, 316 Youngsville Highway, (337) 837-9887, will be handling the arrangements.
