Abbeville- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Theresa Carrie Cuvillier, 84, at 2:00PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at David Funeral Home of Abbeville with Rev. Keith Landry, Pastor of St. Anne Catholic Church in Cow Island officiating. Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from 9:00AM until 10:00PM with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00PM and will resume on Wednesday at 8:00AM until time of services. Interment will follow services in St. Paul Catholic Cemetery in Abbeville. A native of Vermilion Parish and a resident of Kaplan, Mrs. Cuvillier passed away on Saturday, April 09, 2011 at Abram Kaplan Hospital. She is survived by her children, Dale Harrington and his wife Joyce of Pecan Island, John Fuzzy Harrington of TN, Roy Harrington Jr. and his wife Rebecca of Abbeville, Robert Harrington and his wife Edie of Nunez, Brenda Harrington and her life partner, Jolene of Nunez, Rudy Harrington of Kaplan, Cindy Sumners and her companion Sonny of Kaplan and Gay Harrington and her husband Rudy of Kaplan; two brothers, Dalton and Jody Lege; one sister, Mary Lege Cormier; twenty-seven grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elie and Azemie Bourque Lege; childrens father, Roy Harrington, Sr.; late husband, Homer Cuvillier; sons, Wilson Harrington and James Lance Harrington; daughter, Anita Harrington; step-son, Nolan Harrington; three brothers, Irvin, Chester, and Horace Lege; and three sisters, Rena Leger, Clara Bertrand, and Betty Bertrand. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Carries memory to the family to defray funeral expenses.
