Youngsville- Funeral Services for Hilda Autin Kost, 61, will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, January 28, 2011 at St. Anne Catholic Church of Youngsville with Deacon Arthur Art Bakeler, Chaplain with the LTAC Unit at Lafayette General Medical Center, officiating. Visitation will be at David Funeral Home of Lafayette on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 10:00AM until Midnight, with a recitation of the Rosary at 7:00PM and will resume at 8:00AM on Friday, January, 28, 2011 until service time. Interment will follow services at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery in Youngsville. A native of Franklin and a longtime resident of Youngsville, Hilda passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at a local hospital. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children, Robert M. Kost, Jr. of Pass Christian, MS, Tammy K. Desormeaux of Youngsville, James J. Kost of Mobile, AL, Annette K. Foster of Scott and Cita K. Arceneaux of Youngsville; sisters, Ora Mae Derouen of New Iberia, Daisy Mae Dupuy of Youngsville and Maryline A. LeBlanc of Sorrento; one brother, Adam V. Autin, Jr. of Bayou Delarge; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kost; parents, Adam V. Autin, Sr. and Hilda V. Autin; and one sister, Edith A. Juneau. Serving as pallbearers will be Darren Desormeaux, Chris Foster, Sr., Doug Arceneaux, Robert Kost, Jr., James Kost and Adam Autin, Jr. David Funeral Home of Lafayette, 316 Youngsville Hwy., (337)837-9887, is in charge of all of the arrangements.
