Henry "Hawk" Lawrence Kipp

New Iberia- Memorial services will be held at a later date for Henry Hawk Lawrence Kipp, age 46, who died Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 6:41PM at his residence in New Iberia. Mr. Kipp was born in New Iberia on June 22, 1964, he was known as a talented Coast Guard licensed captain and also a high tolerance machinist. Henry has a friendly smile and a willingness to help anyone in need. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Kipp is survived by his children, Krystine Albert, Haley Kipp and Kyle Kipp, his father, John P. Kipp, Sr. and stepmother Hilda Kipp, of Jeanerette; his mother Sandra Walet Aucoin and stepfather Phillip Pete Aucoin, of New Iberia; brothers, John P. Kipp, Jr. and Lance Kipp, sisters, Robin K. Shea and husband Michael and Rachel Trimble and husband Adam, step-sisters, Kelly Fitch and husband Ryan, Lynn Riddle and husband Lee and Suzanne Kelley and husband Jason, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Kipp was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Gertrude Walet and John A. and Evelyn Kipp and Marjorie Ruth Kipp.
