Ralph Joseph Dupuy

March 8, 1928 — June 20, 2011

New Iberia " Funeral services will be conducted for Ralph Joseph Zeke Dupuy, 83, on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Mark Derise officiating. Entombment will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM and resume on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 9:00 AM until services. A rosary will be prayed in the funeral home on Tuesday at 7:00 PM.

A native and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Dupuy passed away on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 5:15 AM in a New Iberia nursing facility. He retired as a firefighter from the New Iberia Fire Department after 30 years of service. He was a member of the New Iberia Beagle Club and Four Boys Hunting Club.

He is survived by his sisters, Joyce Dupuy Cartimiglia and Linda G. Delahoussaye and Betty Hebert all of New Iberia.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph J. Dupuy; his mother, Ellie Derouen Boullion; his step-father, Essie Boullion and his brother-in-laws, Louis Cartimiglia and Ivy Delahoussaye.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
